Location: Mercay Island, Temple of Ocean King
This is what you need to do when the game ask you to press the sacred crest on to the sea chart.
Close your DS, yup, close it… that way, the logo will then transfered to the sea chart…

How to go through the rocks blockage:
Those (what i think were plants) blue thingy are bombs, pick it up an throw it on rocks to destroy them.
