Yes, It iss official. Pokémon Gold and Silver will be remade . The Pokemon Company Japan have announced today the release of Pokemon Heart Gold Version and Pokemon Soul Silver Version for the Nintendo DS.

They’re coming to Japan sometime this fall, celebrating the 10-year anniversary of Pokémon Gold and Pokémon Silver.

These titles are remakes of the classic Pokemon Gold and Silver which sold well over 21 million copies worldwide when released on the Gameboy Colour back in 1999. The original Gold and Silver sold 23 million copies worldwide.
