Build 2 stores, upgrade as fast as you can.

13-Weston:
Build amusement park first and a two story house at the premium lots.

20-Henning:

First, I build car dealer to get good income.
When you buy the middle bungalow, demolish it and build road.
When you have bought some houses, try to build a shop, make sure the income of the shop higher than the house you’ll need to buldoze (if you have to).
Build some apartment and upgrade.

21-Glenville

Buldoze and make new road so you will have space for 3 apartment on the premium lot.
Build first apartment, upgrade to 3 stars and decorate.
Build 3 stars mansion.
Build workshop, shop, and 3 more apartment, decorate and upgrade them.
Don’t forget to get new wagon on the way.

22-Spring Hill
23-Sandbridge Beach
24-Panton

25-Pine Hills:
You don’t need to build houses, just build what you asked plus 3 stores.

26-Boonville
27-Redmon
28-Slidell
29-Atkins
30-Pinedale

You don’t need to buy the mansions to complete the first task.
First buldoze the bottom right road and build first bungalow.
Build new road and build second bungalow.
Upgrade to 3 stars, put all the decoration.
You need statue, fountain, park and tree near each bungalow.
Build workshop
Build the road toward the chateau whil waiting.
Buy the farmer’s bungalow as they are on sale.
Buldoze them, build road and repair the chateau.

31-Mansfield

Build chateau, decorate and upgrade.
Build workshop.
Build 2 stores and amusement park.
Build apartment and upgrade.
Build another chateau, decorate and upgrade.

32-Duckhill

Don’t forget you can buldoze roads here.
First build and apartment, click on sale in the shop and click on the hurry up button.
Buldoze some roads.
Build second apartment, put statue near them.
Build workshop.
Upgrade your two apartment to 1 star.
Build two – two story houses, put statue near them and upgrade to 3 stars.
upgrade the first two apartment to 3 stars.
Build another apartment and upgrade.
