So you want to change the wallpaper on psp, right? Here is an easy step by step instruction about changing PSP wallpaper:

Download PSP Wallpaper
First of all, you need to find PSP wallpaper you want to use. You should check out Playstation website first, they do have a huge collection of PSP wallpaper you can download. If you can’t find what you want there, you can googling to get more sites that offers PSP wallpaper download, but be carefull, some sites can harm your computer.
The sites I have checked that are safe to download PSP wallpaper are: All PSP Games , My PSP Center, and My PSP Download

Download the files you want, save it on your hard drive.
Check your firmware
You need to have version 2.0 or above for the wallpaper function to work on your PSP. Check your PSP firmware version by selecting the options on your PSP screen in the following order:SETTINGS > SYSTEMS SETTINGS > SYSTEM INFORMATION > SYSTEM SOFTWARE.

The SYSTEM SOFTWARE option should show you your PSP’s firmware version number.
If you don’t have version 2.0 or newer, you can go to http://www.us.playstation.com/psp.aspx?id=SoftwareUpdate to update it.
Put the wallpaper in to your PSP
Connect your PSP console to your computer using a USB cable. In ‘My Computer’ your PSP is the G: drive. Now copy / move and save your PSP wallpaper image onto your console. Simply drag and copy your saved wallpaper image onto your PSP games console.
Setting Wallpaper In PSP
In the game console main menu go to “Photo” and click on the Memory Stick. Select and open the image you just downloaded then press the ‘Triangle’ button and choose “Set as Wallpaper” button and click it. Click yes when it asked you if you want to overwrite current wallpaper.
