Locate Alchemists’ Village
It’s in the top right of the island. But before you go there, go right and get the first Ice Shard.
To find the jewels, use the exploration flag, more wider area will show.
Create Twilight Mixture
Put the ice shard on the big ice top north to break it.

While a building is producing an item, if you click on the building rapidly, you’ll help the item be created faster. If you click it too much the building will explode. After enough building explosion, you will get the trophy for expedient production.
