Totem Tribe – Level 11 – Cradle Of The North

Game Walkthrough Totem Tribe Game:
- Find The World Seal
Build your village.
Collect ice crystals and jewels while exploring the island in this game.
Go to the west and fight the sharks, make sure you have archers.
After all sharks are gone, Montol will give you Shaman Mask and new building Shaman Tent will be available.
Build shaman tents.
Build fire tower near the ice block in the middle of the island to break it. If you have Shamans, they can also break the ice blocks. - Put Totems On The Correct Pedestals
Once you have 25 crystals, activate the idol in the south west corner of the island.
Find other crystals and activate the idol in the top right of the island.
Place the dolphin totem in the small island on the left, you need to build a tower to see it.
Put flag in the right to see small island and put Whale totem there.
Explore the small island below by placing flag to guide your people to go there, and get Pendant Of Power.
Put the Lizard Totem at the top right pedestal.
Build a tower at the top of the map to see hidden pedestal and put Monkey Totem there.
Put the Polar Totem at the middle bottom pedestal.
Put the Seagull Totem at the top left pedestal near the seagulls. - Activate The World Seal
Build towers around the world seal (the statue at the middle)
Put attack flag there too
Click the world seal
Fight the shadows, don’t forget to use the idols
List of guide stones in the game:
- Totem Wisdom: Dolphine lives in a water.
- Totem Wisdom: Lizards lives among rocks.
- Totem Wisdom: Monkey is smart, try hard to find it.
- Totem Wisdom: Bigger water creatures require more water.
- Totem Wisdom: Ice will not scare polar bear.

Do you have a map of the crystals on this island? I think I need like six more for the second idol, but my eyes are about to pop out of my head.
Don’t have complete images yet, will post it soon as i finish them.
How do I kill the shadows. I keep getting killed.
Before you start exploring build a massive army and upgarde your armor and weapons. make sure to have witch doctors and archers. Shamans help a great deal too. If you can collect 25 ice crystals activate the first idol for a protection spell. Use the spell during the battle with the shadows. Also i recomend setting up many fire towers around your village.

I have the idol on the south-west corner and I have 23 crystals, but I can’t find the last two to get the idol at the top. Does anyone know where I can find them?
I have the same problem with crystals only have to find 1 so annoying have spent hours on this. Thanks for your help on this game Dina its been really appreciated.
One of the crystals (the last one for me, thankfully) is right along the absolute top of the screen. It’s literally only visible through the one tiny gap in the HUD. These people are sick!

this game sucks I have been trying to find the last crystal to get the idol, I even went through your whole map twice I cannot find that last crystal and im frustrated and probably wont ever play the game again since i wasted so many hours looking for one stinkin crystal.
How do you get to the chest on the east of the island surrounded by mountains?
I built a hut in that area. then kind of dragged a man to the chest instead of waiting for him to walk to it.
What kind of towers is best?
I keep getting killed

I FINALLY beat this one. I built Frost Towers everywhere possible, including 5 in my “village”. I also built my training buildings at the very bottom and the less essential buildings toward the top (first to be destroyed). Whew!
How do I get Frost Tower?
Do I need to start over in order to get frost towers in Level 11 – Cradle of the North? I can’t kill those shade things. I’ve tried 4-5 times now.
I am totally stuck on the mist island, any help would be appreciated please

can anyone tell me where to built the arrow towers on Level 11 (Cradle of the north) to beat all of the sharks? Theres only one left which is not reached by neither of my towers no matter where i built them. I am totally stuck here.
I use my archers to kill the sharks.. so just put the attack flag near the water..
i can not get pass the shark island. i have 8 shells and 1 valve. what do i do…please help.

I am stuck,I built a fire tower and melted the first block of ice so I could get to the north side of the island but I cant figure out what to do to melt the second block of ice because the game will not let me build anything close to it,the ground looks like its cracked? HELP ME PLEASE
u need 2 get a saman by killing all the sharks
you need shamans. talk to the old hermit in the lower part of the map and complete his task. he will teach you how to manke shaman tents. then you can directly attack the ice blocks
I read a comment which was really helpful so i’m repeating it here. Go to
C:\Program Files\Totem Tribe\data\texture\game\item
or wherever your game is installed
open the item you are searching for (e.g. ice crystal) in paint and make it completely different in color (i made it red for this level). Make sure you keep a backup. No start the game again ( just loading the level wont do. restart the game) and voila. Thanks to whoever thought of it. really helped me. you can do this with roots, shells blah blah
I used magenta for mine.
GIMP (a free PhotoShop near-clone) does the job much easier – just use the colorizer function, then save as: – be sure to uncheck “save background color”. The file is in .png format which GIMP handles well. Paint only understands .bmp format.
I don’t remember the download site for gimp, but you should be able to google it.
You can also build a hut in the middle of those mountains. It’ll generate workers which will open the chest!
Ummm is there a glitch in this game? I followed the maps for all the crystals and I’m still missing 5, they just weren’t there… Help please!!!
How are you supposed to get to the chest in the middle surrounded by water and mountains?
I have looked through all the mask walkthroughs. I cannot find the second mask anywhere. If anyone can help me that would be awesome. Thanks!

why does the world seal blow up, I have put the totems where they belong, also how do I make my scouts swim, I do have the sphere of clarity but can’t make it open the item on Monkey Island, and how do I make my towers into frost towers?
I can’t get to the whale totem place thingy, because of the mountains surrounding the place on the eastern coast of the map. I need to get there to get to the island.
Please help, I’m really desperate. Thank you.
